Solid Sitka Spruce & Solid Mahogany Construction

The Yamaha CSF3M features a solid tonewood construction for a rich, full acoustic voice that only gets better with age. The solid sitka spruce top delivers a versatile sound that yields a crisp and articulate tone, as well as producing a broad dynamic range which is what gives sitka spruce such a versatile sonic-nature. Sitka's versatile nature enables it to accommodate many different genres and playing styles, from lighter fingerpicking styles, to heavier more aggressive strumming patterns. Its solid sitka spruce top is attached to mahogany back and sides, adding resonance and warmth to the guitar's sonic-character. Furthermore, the Yamaha Travel Guitar's solid construction offers an incredible amount of resonance and ensures a rich, full and vibrant sound.

Nato Neck & Rosewood Fingerboard

Constructed from nato, the CSF3M's neck offers a quick and dynamic response with added warmth and balance. The neck is coupled with a rosewood fingerboard that adds warmth and clarity to the guitar's overall sound whilst offering a smooth platform for the left hand. For added aesthetic appeal, the Yamaha Travel Guitar's fingerboard is sprinkled with small dot inlays, complementing the Vintage Natural finish and adding to its authentic aesthetic vibe.

CSF Travel Body

The CSF3M Travel Guitar features Yamaha's CSF body shape, offering a compact and comfortable travel guitar with a bold sound that belies its size. With Yamaha's new and improved design, the CSF3M is ideal for composing with on-the-go and produces a rich, full, and lively sound, perfect for a wide range of genres and playing styles. Forward Shifted Bracing

The Yamaha Travel Guitar features a newly designed scalloped bracing pattern that provides the CSF3M with a rich, full, and loud acoustic voice with incredible resonance. In addition, bracing reinforces a guitar's structure whilst preventing it from collapsing under string tension and enhancing the production of the guitar's top.

Built-In Electronics

This stunning Yamaha Travel Guitar comes equipped with a Zero Impact passive pickup, making the guitar ideal for impromptu gigs and live events whilst on the road.
